My fiance and I ordered, in person and paid in full for my wedding flowers in January 2011. We met with a consultant who showed us a book and discussed our order in depth. My fiance emailed pictures of our wedding colors on 3 occasions and called on May 12, 2011 to ensure all was set for our order and was assured by the owner Nilda it would be ok. My bouquet had calla lilies that were brown and were sticking strait out the top and almost a foot out of the bouquet of roses. If I would have carried this the flowers would have covered my face! I was told when I called to complain after our honeymoon that she fixed it and they lady who took our order didn't work there anymore. Nilda was unapologetic. This was a disaster and the biggest mistake on our wedding day. BEWARE!!!!!!!
HORRIBLE! Do not waster your money. My husband ordered me flowers on Valentine's Day and spent $78. He chose to go to a nice florist for quality flowers instead of a grocery store. First of all, the flowers looked straight out of a wedding circa 1992. We spent $78 for the amount of greenery and baby's breath they put in there. We also had one dozen white roses that were dead 48 hours later. When I called to complain, they said they would offer me a refund of $35. I had to call every week for 4 weeks about a refund and the manager kept saying she was busy and would call back. Finally, almost 5 weeks later I had to call again and they said the refund was denied. They never even gave me a curtsey call to inform me. The reason they would not give the refund was because they only have a 24 HOUR GUARANTEE. The manager was rude, the supervisor was even worst and they refused to give me the refund. It's not the refund I needed the most, it was customer service to know that they were willing to make compensate our time unsatisfactory flowers. I will never shop here again.
