after about 8-10 calls, customer service answers, transfers me to electronics....at which time I'm hung up on. Rinse and Repeat (this happens twice). Finally someone in customer service asks and answers my question concerning an electronics item I was asking for.
1042 (The BX should be open since 0900). I wanted to speak to someone in electronics. No one answers. I decide to try Customer Service. No one answers. I then try Jewelry Dept (3rd call), they answer but cannot transfer a call. They say they're helping the best customers in the world, I'm wondering who these customers are??? I try electronics again, and no answer...
Friendly staff, you may wait in line to be checked out though. They have a great selection of name brand items and at good prices when you can catch them on sale.
Customer service is starting to become a huge issue here. I’ve been shopping here for a few months now as I transferred from California, where customer service is everything there. Eglin Exchange howerer is obsurd. The few times I have shopped there and needed help, it was such a task for some of the employees it seemed. Just last week I got snide remarks from associates when asking about a new Apple Watch, essentially because I interrupted a conversation the two associates were having about sexual relations (EW for one! Two, NOT work appropriate, no one wants to hear about your sex life!!!). I ended up not even bothering after that as I was so repulsed and disgusted, I should’ve learned the first time when I went to ask the gentleman about an IPad that was on sale, I was interrupting him being on his phone! (Why this is okay to do while assisting customers is beyond my belief) I also ran into an issue in one of the checkout lines recently, the woman at the register seemed very aggravated that she was so busy, I don’t know if she just needed a break or what, but you could tell she wasn’t having a good day, regardless, you can’t let customers know your mood for the day and can bring the customer down for no reason. Sorry for the rant, I just feel like I’m shopping at Walmart here and lord knows knows Walmart doesn’t have customer service skills! Hopefully someone will start fixing these issues and make it a much more friendlier, non vulgar, attentive and helpful shopping center!
Definitely need another restroom. Big food court and nothing but a restroom in terrible shape. Smells like sewer gasses in there. Starbucks is good. Was better with Anthony's pizza and Baskin but prices were too high
Good selection of products. Helpful employees.
