Terrible customer service.....don't answer the phone for an hour, in another country (so they don't speak or understand english clearly ) then argue with you about your rental location and return. It took 2 days to get someone to handle extending for one day! It was VERY frustrating to say the least! Dollar, bring employment back to U.S. and give us people that can understand us!!
Quick check in and check out. Vehicle was very clean and operated well during our trip. Representative was upfront about any fees, for example the 4.95 per day charge if you go on a toll road.
Wanted to extend our rental car. By one day. Horrible customer service. Their agreement says to call and they can extend it. They tried to charge over $500 for one day. When we have been paying around $30. I will never rent from them again.
